Our team will review the request and confirm approval.
Once the product is received, it will undergo a quality check.
If your return is accepted:
You must ship the product back to us (return shipping is to be paid by the customer).
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a replacement.
If the same product is out of stock, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–12 days (after deducting the initial shipping charges).
Important note:
We will not be able to process any return or exchange requests if:
You do not notify us within 24 hours.
The unboxing video is missing.
The product is found to be tampered with or used.
Non-Eligible Cases
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
Change of mind or personal preference
Size, weight, or style expectations
Bent earring stems (can be gently fixed by hand)
Minor stone or bead displacement (fixable with fabric glue; guidance will be provided)
Slight color variations due to screen or device settings
