At Milir jewels, all products undergo multiple quality checks before dispatch and are securely packed in sturdy packaging with protective fillers.

Eligibility

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The product was damaged during transit
  • An incorrect product was delivered
Conditions
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with original packaging intact.
  • A complete unboxing video without cuts or pauses is mandatory for verification.
How to Request a Return / Exchange
  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share the following details:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Full unboxing video of the package

Approval & Processing
  • Our team will review the request and confirm approval.
  • Once the product is received, it will undergo a quality check.
  • If your return is accepted:
    1. You must ship the product back to us (return shipping is to be paid by the customer).

    2. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a replacement.

    3. If the same product is out of stock, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–12 days (after deducting the initial shipping charges).

Important note:
  • We will not be able to process any return or exchange requests if:
  • You do not notify us within 24 hours.
  • The unboxing video is missing.
  • The product is found to be tampered with or used.
Non-Eligible Cases

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Size, weight, or style expectations
  • Bent earring stems (can be gently fixed by hand)
  • Minor stone or bead displacement (fixable with fabric glue; guidance will be provided)
  • Slight color variations due to screen or device settings
Non-Refundable Situations
  • Package refused by the recipient
  • Products used or damaged after delivery
  • Incorrect delivery address
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts
